TERRIBLE AWFUL DONT BUY. NO AFTER CARE FAULT PRODUCT

I was excited to get this tooth brush it worked amazing for 3 weeks, then the ultrasonic stuff stopped working, so it's useless and cost me £150 with spares.

The company WONT respond to emails to sort this out. They just ignore my requests form weeks and weeks.

Stopped working after 6 months

I loved it for the first six months but then it just stopped working, both the sonic vibrations & the lights. Warranty is only for three months so it seems they manufacturer is aware they’re quite defective.

5 stars

I love this toothbrush. Deep clean and leaves teeth feeling smooth.

Mixed Feelings

The Bristl is a fantastic idea. Studies say we need 5-15 min of light therapy daily to see results normally in several weeks. I’ve been using the brush for 4 minutes twice a day which should be sufficient, just started this week so we shall see. The design is sleek and light, easy to hold and use. However the charge has only lasted 10 days, not 3 weeks as claimed, though I’ve been using it 2 mins per day more than cited for the statistic, I would have hoped for 2 weeks at least. Worse is the brush which is too hard and the bristles too long to make it comfortable to get around the teeth properly, and even on the lower setting it hurts my gums. The website claims to offer a travel case but provides only a plastic cap for the brush head. So far I have mixed feelings about the Bristl.

Unlike some other similar products there does not appear to be a money-back offer if it does not prove usable. Finally the website claims to offer a travel case but provides only a brush head plastic cap. So far I have mixed feelings about the Bristl.
